Our Team
Dr Colin Winsper
Chairman
Colin is the chairman of our advisory board. A well respected company director with hands-on knowledge of managing companies in both turnaround and growth situations. He has held senior management positions in a variety of industries including metal finishing, general engineering, water and waste treatment, printing and building services. He has a wide range of experience in buying and selling businesses and specialises in post-acquisition integration.
As a board director of South Staffordshire Group PLC he grew their non-water activities from scratch to over £150 million turnover in six years. This was achieved by a combination of organic growth and acquisitions. The result of this included the launch of what is now Homeserve PLC, a FTSE top 250 company.
Wesley Anderson
Managing Partner
Wesley is responsible for deal sourcing and operational support. He has extensive experience working with small companies from his time consulting on marketing and general business strategy.
Previously he worked for a major international gaming company managing a large marketing team across multiple countries. His own startups have included ventures in online publishing. He has had a passion for business from an early age and enjoys learning from and working with successful entrepreneurs.
