Our Team

Dr Colin Winsper


Colin is the chairman of our advisory board. A well respected company director with hands-on knowledge of managing companies in both turnaround and growth situations. He has held senior management positions in a variety of industries including metal finishing, general engineering, water and waste treatment, printing and building services. He has a wide range of experience in buying and selling businesses and specialises in post-acquisition integration.

As a board director of South Staffordshire Group PLC he grew their non-water activities from scratch to over £150 million turnover in six years. This was achieved by a combination of organic growth and acquisitions. The result of this included the launch of what is now Homeserve PLC, a FTSE top 250 company.

Guy Bartlett

Advisory Partner

Guy is a member of our advisory board. He has extensive experience in acquiring SME businesses having worked on over 50 deals. His building services group was created through acquiring companies with more than £10 million revenue. He is an expert in sourcing, negotiating, financing and completing acquisitions.

Guy is a Fellow of the Institute of Direct Marketing and has won numerous awards in that field. He's a published author and sought after speaker on the subject of acquisitions. He has appeared in various business related programmes for Radio and TV in the UK.

Wesley Anderson

Managing Partner

Wesley is responsible for strategy, deal sourcing and operational support. With a background in marketing, technology and telecoms, he gained extensive experience working with SME businesses consulting on marketing, sales and business strategy.

Most recently he worked for a major international gaming company managing a large marketing team in multiple countries. His own startups have included ventures in the online publishing industry. He has had a passion for business from an early age and enjoys learning from and working with successful entrepreneurs.
